Ambika Johar
Chef Ambika, a certified Pastry Chef with over 8 years of expertise, holds a B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM PUSA, New Delhi. With 7 years of valuable experience at ITC Hotels, she honed her skills in various culinary roles. Additionally, she contributed significantly to Seeking Roots, a Delhi-NCR based catering venture.
Now, Chef Ambika has established her own production unit, dedicated to crafting world-class Bakery and Pastry Products. Embracing sustainable and healthy practices, she prioritizes seasonal, local ingredients. Moreover, she passionately empowers rural women by providing training in bakery skills, with four women currently under her mentorship.
Chef Ambika's culinary masterpieces transcend mere food; they are experiences that captivate the senses, leaving a lasting impression on the soul. Each creation is a harmonious blend of flavors, textures, & artistry, meticulously crafted to delight the palate and elevate the dessert experience. Her culinary journey is about making a difference in the world, one delectable bite at a time.
